Dad, me, and Dave in the late 60's or early 70's. I can easily imagine that this
photo was
taken on a
Saturday afternoon after a dip in the backyard pool. Dad will either
be
grilling his
heavily-peppered burgers, or else chicken with lots of vegetable
oil
brushed on.
Later in the evening, we'll watch Sci-Fi and Horror movies on TV
with
plenty of snacks.
Or maybe it will be off to the drive-in to see "War of the
Gargantuas,"
or "King Kong Escapes," or "The Computer
Wore Tennis Shoes," or maybe "The
Boatniks."
